Warner Music Philippines, a prominent player in the music and entertainment industry, sought our team’s expertise to orchestrate the global release of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Subtract’ album. Recognizing the Philippines’ vibrant fan base, they envisioned an activation to provide fans with an exclusive preview of the album.
ARK embarked on an Event Production endeavor to bring Warner Music Philippines’ vision to life. The scope encompassed transforming ‘MOA Eye’ beside SM Mall of Asia into an intimate listening party, complete with customized cabins and captivating visual elements.

Delving deep into the thematic core of the ‘Subtract’ album, our team aimed to extend its emotional journey into the entire experience. Embracing the album’s contrasting themes of grief and resilience, we curated an immersive journey for attendees aboard the Ferris wheel, complemented by a sunset backdrop and cozy cabin ambiance listening to Ed Sheeran in the background.

Navigating the technical intricacies of the Ferris wheel venue, our team prioritized safety while meticulously integrating audio and visual elements to enhance the experience. Despite challenges during setup, including unforeseen weather conditions, our resilience ensured the project’s successful execution.
Addressing the logistical challenge of providing synchronized audio across multiple cabins on a moving Ferris wheel, we installed Bluetooth speakers in each cabin, ensuring every passenger enjoyed a seamless seven-minute musical voyage.
With unwavering dedication, our team tackled the unique challenge of orchestrating an event within a Ferris wheel setting. Despite setbacks, we delivered a memorable experience that resonated with attendees and surpassed expectations.
The event marked a milestone collaboration with an international artist. This event was a testament to the team’s adaptability and creativity in delivering unique experiences. As a team, we are proud to have contributed to this landmark project, underscoring our commitment to crafting unforgettable moments for our clients and their audiences.
