
ASUS Republic of Gamers, a leader in the tech and gaming industry, approached ARK seeking innovative ideas to launch their latest product here in the Philippines. Dedicated to crafting top-tier gaming gear, ROG targets both hardcore and professional gamers.

ARK undertook a multifaceted creative production project for ROG, encompassing Design Development, Video Production, and Event Production.
The scope included a 10-15 minute Online Launch and a Tech Seminar as part of the on-ground event.
Our goal was simple, to drive awareness to the product by creating an engaging and immersive experience for both Online audiences and On ground attendees.
For the Online Launch, we ensured engagement throughout the extended duration by aligning with ROG’s gamer aesthetic while infusing a little bit of a story and an easy-to-digest script. Key Opinion Leader Dexie Diaz led the presentation, maintaining audience interest until the revealing price finale.

To elevate the On-Ground Experience, we transformed the venue into a dark gaming aesthetic, immersing attendees in the world of ROG Ally. From couch seating to interactive product booths, every element was designed to enhance the gaming event atmosphere.
Our team seamlessly transitioned between event planning and video production, utilizing the same venue for both. With careful planning and attention to detail, we executed the project flawlessly, overcoming challenges with ease due to our combined expertise.
The success of the event was evident through attendees’ enthusiastic engagement, as they shared their experiences on social media. The Online Launch garnered significant viewer retention, indicating its effectiveness in capturing audience attention.
The project positively impacted ROG’s business objectives by generating buzz and increasing brand awareness. Additionally, unexpected benefits emerged as we had fun in designing this immersive event experience on our home soil.
